In Arunachal Pradesh, thousands of disciples today took blessings of Tibetan religious leader Dalai Lama at a grant religious function held in the hill town Tawang. The Dalai Lama who is on a week long tour to the state today addressed his second religious meeting in Tawang. Buddhist devotees from across the country including some from foreign countries were also present in the meeting. <br/>
