The mortal remains of Satya Sai Baba, who passed away yesterday, were laid in a glass case in Sai Kulwant Hall in Prashanti Nilayam for the devotees to pay their homage in Puttaparthi in Ananthapur district of Andhra Pradesh. The mortal remains will be buried at the Sai Kulwant Hall in Prashanti Nilayam on Wednesday in line with the practice adopted for spiritual leaders in India. Andhra Pradesh Government has declared state mourning till Wednesday. The demise of Baba came as a deep shock for the beneficiaries of various social programmes launched by him through Sathya Sai Central Trust.
