India's campaign at the on-going Thomas Cup badminton tournament in New Delhi came to a premature end today when the Men's team suffered a 2-3 defeat against Korea. At the Siri Fort Sports complex, while Skipper Parupalli Kashyap and RMV Gurusaidutt won their singles matches, Kidambi Srikanth failed to win his singles fixture. The hosts also lost the two doubles matches. India now will play their inconsequential third tie against Germany on Wednesday. The hosts had begun their campaign in the Thomas Cup yesterday with a 1-4 defeat against formidable Malaysia.
