Haryana police has finally registered third FIR against former DGP S.P. S. Rathore for abetment to suicide case under section 306 of Indian Penal Case. The case has been registered on complaint of Ruchika’s brother Ashu. The Special Investigation Team formed by Haryana Government to probe the case has decided to recommend for CBI probe in this case. Aradhna's parents Anand Prakash and Madhu Prakash and Ruchika's father Subhash Girhotra have welcomed the decision of Haryana Government and thanked the Chief Minister Hooda for rejecting the view of top administrative and police officials who were reluctant to book Rathore for abetment to suicide case. <br/>
