In a theft case reported at UCO Bank branch in Nani area of district Allahabad where thieves stole Rs 17 lakh 85 thousand which was kept in an enclosed room in the bank locker. The theft was reported to the police when the cleaning person reached the bank in the morning and found the strong room to be broken. After inspecting the incident site the DIG police Chandrapraksh said that it seems that the robbers had used a gas cutter to break this strong room as well as the locker where the money was put.<br/><br/>Police has registered the case but no one is arrested so far.<br/>
