Minister of State for Home, Kiren Rijiju has said, there should be a thorough probe into the allegation of scam related to power project in Arunachal Pradesh. Congress is attacking the Minister over the issue alleging that he had influenced Power Ministry to clear bills of the project.<br/><br/> Talking to reporters outside Parliament today, Mr. Rijiju said, he had only recommended to the ministry to look into the matter as it was his duty as an MP to act on representations given by people of his area. He said, if he is guilty of doing this, then Congress MLAs and MPs have written several letters regarding the people on different issues. <br/><br/>The Minister said, the Congress has made a mistake by raising fingers against him and it will have to pay the price. Congress is alleging that it is a 450-crore rupees power project scam in the form of false and inflated transportation bills.
