There is sufficient evidence against R K Pachauri: Police

Delhi Police has claimed that there is sufficient evidence against TERI Executive Vice Chairman R K Pachauri that he sexually harassed, stalked and threatened his former woman colleague. <br/><br/>Police said this in its charge sheet filed before a court in New Delhi. Police also told the court that the probe in the case was complete and the accused may be called through notice and put on trial for what it called his "criminal act".<br/><br/>The charge sheet has been filed a year after the 29-year-old former research analyst of TERI lodged the complaint against Pachauri. According to PTI, the charge sheet was filed before Metropolitan Magistrate Shivani Chauhan on Tuesday. Pachauri has denied all the allegations against him.
