There is no precondition for talks with Pakistan but it must dismantle terror groups on its soil: PM

The Prime Minister has said that Pakistan's actions against those believed to be behind the Mumbai attacks are not satisfactory and expressed the hope that Islamabad would bring all the perpetrators of 26/11 attacks to justice. Addressing a news conference at the end of his two-day visit to Jammu and Kashmir, Dr Manmohan Singh said that although there are no pre-conditions for talks with Pakistan but no headway can he made unless there is effective control of the terror groups operating in that country.
