Congress has said, there cannot be any compromise with the forces of terror. Briefing media in New Delhi this evening, party spokesperson Anand Sharma said, Pakistan has been exposed but a lot needs to be done to isolate it internationally. He said, instead of learning from the seriousness of the ongoing situation, the Pakistan establishment still has the audacity to attack India.

Mr Sharma said, if the Terror Syndicate is not dismantled in Pakistan, it would be very difficult to establish peace in South Asia. He said, besides ceasefire violations, attacks on Army and BSF camps and the ongoing attacks deserve condemnation in strongest terms.
Replying to a query, Mr Sharma said, his party is concerned over the reports of a diversion of a tributary of the Brahmaputra in China. He said, India needs a firm reassurance that China will continue to honour the Memorandum of Understanding which was reached between the two countries in 2013.
