Congress today said the post of Prime Minister is of high dignity, and the way Narendra Modi spoke about Opposition leaders in his election rally in Bihar yesterday, belittles the post. <br/><br/>Briefing media in New Delhi this evening, party leader Promod Tiwari said no Prime Minister in post Independence era, has stooped to such low levels of indecency with respect to a sitting fellow Chief Minister. <br/><br/>He said Niti Aayog has praised the schemes of the Bihar Government, especially the skill development programmes of the Nitish Kumar government in Bihar. He said the Prime Minister should also speak about these instead of misleading people on Bihar government.
