The 46th edition of International Film Festival of India is all set to begin with much fanfare in Panaji of Goa this afternoon.? Union minister for Information and Broadcasting Arun Jaitley will inaugurate the festival. MOS IB Col Rajyawardhan Singh Rathore and Goa CM Laxmikant Parsekar will be present on the occasion. Chief guest of the opening ceremony will be Bollywood actor Anil Kapoor. <br/><br/>An official of IFFI said that 384 films have been received from different regions of the country including 238 Feature and 146 Non-Feature films, the Indian Panorama section will screen 26 feature and 21 non-feature films during the festival.? The festival will open with the biopic- 'The man who knew infinity' based on the life of great Indian mathematical wizard Srinivas Ramanujan directed by Matt Brown.?<br/><br/>Talking exclusively to All India Radio, director of the opening film 'The man who knew infinity' Matthew Browne said that he was quite impressed with the life of Ramanujan when he read about him in the book written by Robert Kenegal. <br/><br/>When asked about making another biopic about Dr APJ Abdul Kalam who rose from poverty to become a great scientist and then a very popular President of India, Matt said that he didn't know much about Kalam but surely would like to explore such a possibility. He said that the film 'The man who knew infinity' would be released for Indian audience with Hindi sub titles.
