The CPI(M) has demanded resignation of Karnataka Chief Minister B.S Yeddyurappa in the wake of the Supreme Court Judgement quashing disqualification of the 16 MLAs in the Assembly by the Speaker. Briefing reporters in New Delhi, Party General Secretary Prakash Karat said the judgement shows how through manipulation and illegal moves, these MLAs were disqualified.
