The additional district and session judge-(first) of Jaunpur today pronounced death sentence to one of convict Alamgeer alias Roni in connection with bomb explosion in shramjvi express train in 2005. <br/><br/>The judge also imposed fine of 10 lakh rupees on the convict. The verdict on one more accused in this case is expected on 2nd of next month. Two other accused have been shifted to Hyderabad in connection with other case. <br/><br/>Alamgeer, closely associated with Bangladesh's terrorist group Huzi found guilty in this bomb explosion case in which 14 passengers lost their lives and ninety other were injured. <br/><br/>The explosion occurred in general compartment of Patna -New Delhi bound Shramjivi express train near Jaunpur in Uttar Pradesh on 28th July 2005. <br/><br/>According to investigation the conspiracy was hatched at Rajshahi in Bangladesh by the terrorist outfir Harkat-ul-Jihad-al-Islami, Huji. <br/><br/>AIR correspondent's report:- "Alamgeer, closely associated with Bangladesh's terrorist group Huzi found guilty in shramjeevi express bomb explosion case in which 14 passengers had lost their lives and ninety others were Injured. <br/><br/>on 28th July 2005, bomb explosion happened in general compartment of Patna -New Delhi bound shramjeevi express train near Jaunpur in Uttar Pradesh According to investigation the conspiracy was hatched at Rajshahi in Bangladesh by Huzi terrorists and huji had given responsibility of planting bomb in the train to its members Hilal and Alamgeer .<br/><br/>Hilal case is pending and currently lodged in Hyderabad in connection with other case. Another accused Gulam Razdani was killed in encounter while Dr Saeed is still absconding."
