Thailand's Red Shirt protesters will discard their signature red clothing to confuse government forces ahead of an expected crackdown. Red Shirt leaders claim they have inside information from soldiers who are sympathetic to their cause that the military will move against them on Sunday or on Monday. But they say protesters will try to blend in by changing their shirts beforehand, making it harder for government forces to pick their allegiance. The expected crackdown comes after the government rejected the Red Shirts' offer to extend their demand for the immediate dissolution of parliament for 30 days. Prime minister Abhisit Vejjajiva said he would not negotiate with those using threats and violence
