The Thai Prime Minister, Ms. Yingluck Shinawatra, is visiting Cambodia, in an effort to defuse a border dispute in which a dozen of people have been killed. She also wants the release of two Thai activists who were jailed for spying in Cambodia in January. There have been a number of skirmishes between the two countries over a dispute of territory near a ruined Hindu temple on the border.
