Thailand Prime Minister Abhisit Vejjajiva says he will ask for a royal decree to dissolve the country's parliament. The move will pave the way for early elections. Mr. Abhisit told reporters in Bangkok today that he will submit a request to King Bhumibol Adulyadej before his departure for the ASEAN leaders summit in Indonesia.
