In Thailand, the leading opposition Pheu Thai Party on Saturday passed a resolution to file a no-confidence motion against Prime Minister Abhisit Vejjajiva and four other ministers. The Thai News Agency said the no-confidence debate will be held during an extraordinary parliament session beginning on Monday. The four cabinet members facing censure are Foreign Minister, Finance Minister, Interior Minister and Transport Minister.<br/>
