In Jammu and Kashmir, terrorists shot dead a Municipal Councilor at Tral in south Kashmir's Pulwama district late last evening. J&K Police said that terrorists fired upon Rakesh Pandita in Tral and sustained critical injuries. Upon being taken to the nearby hospital, Rakesh Pandita succumbed to his grievous injuries.
