In Jammu and Kashmir, terrorists gunned down two soldiers of Territorial Army (TA) after kidnapping them in upper reaches of Bhimdassa in Gool area of Ramban district . Two pistols of the jawans were taken away by the ultras, belonging to Abu Moosa group of Lashkar-e-Toiba (LeT) outfit. The bodies were recovered late yesterday. The frustrated terrorists executed the killings after elimination and arrest of their number of cadres in different parts of Jammu region especially-Doda, Kishtwar and Ramban districts. According to official sources two TA jawans of 163 battalion Mohammad Sharief and Khaleel Ahmed were out on a patrol duty at Kheori Kund in Bhatpora area of Bhimdassa, Gool in Ramban district when they were reported to have been kidnapped by a group of four militants and taken to a forest area on the night of December 31, 2010 and were shot dead . Sources said Abu Moosa group of the LeT appeared to be responsible for the killings .According to sources, the intercepts had been revealing that the militants were desperate to commit any act against security forces and police following killing, arrest and surrender of a number of militants in the recent past especially the arrest of three divisional commanders in New Delhi, Dehradun and Kangra.
