The state Special Operation Cell of the Intelligence Wing of the Punjab Police arrested a hardcore terrorist who was wanted in the car bomb case and recovered a cache of arms and ammunition including RDX from his possession. <br/><br/>The terrorist identified as Sukhdev Singh, alias Sukha, a resident of Sur Singh village in Tarn Taran district was nabbed by a team of the Special Operation Cell near Khalchian on NH-I yesterday. He was wanted in the Amritsar car bomb case. <br/><br/>Giving details AIG Counter Intelligence of the Sepcial Operation Cell Manvinder Singh told a media conference in Amritsar that the terrorist carried a reward of one lakh rupees on his head.
