Terrorism cannot and should not be associated with any religion, nationality, civilisation or ethnic group as it is a crime against the entire humanity. <br/><br/>External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj said this in her address at the Shanghai Co-operation Organisation (SCO) Summit at Sochi in Russia on Friday. <br/><br/>Mrs Swaraj urged all nations to enhance co-operation in intelligence sharing, developing best practices and technologies, mutual legal assistance, extradition arrangements, capacity building amongst other measures for countering terrorism.<br/><br/>Mrs Swaraj also said, India in co-operation with other SCO Member States would promote the development of co-operation in legal services within the SCO framework. She said, connectivity with SCO countries is India's priority.
