On his six days visit to Euthopia and Tanzania, Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh will reach tomorrow at Daresalaam. He will talk with to President of Tanzania Jakaya Mrisho Kikwete and both sides would sign some agreements of mutual interest. AIR correspondent reports that terrorism and piracy would also be on agenda of talks between Dr. Singh and President Kikwete. India and Tanzania have traditionally close friendly and cooperative relations. In recent years Indo-Tanzanian ties have evolved into a modern relationship with greater and diversified economic engagements. India is the second largest investor in Tanzania and Indian companies have created job opportunities to 32,000 local people. About 40,000 people of Indian origin are living in this east African country and plays an important role in almost all fields. Terrorism and piracy are the problems effecting both the countries. Apart from these issues there is vast potential of cooperation in IT and Mining factors and the Prime Minister's visit to Tanzania will definitely strengthen relation as well as trade between both the countries.
