<br/>Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh has said that extremism and terrorism are major threats not only to India but also to Pakistan. He said it’s in collective interest that the neighbouring countries resolutely oppose, resist and over come terrorism.<br/><br/> In a special interview to leading Saudi newspapers ‘Saudi Gazette ‘ published in Riyadh today, Dr. Manmohan Singh’s said that India including the other neighbouring countries cannot remain immune to the rise of extremism and terrorism in Pakistan or on the border of Pakistan and Afghanistan.<br/><br/>In their edition published today the Saudi newspapers have described Indian Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh’s visit as historic and path breaking which they say will turn a new page of Indo Saudi ties. Saudi Gazette and Arab news have published special interviews of Prime Minister this morning focused on bilateral issues as well as role of both the countries in the international affairs. Official Saudi TV has also telecasted an hour long programme this morning centered on the visit where experts from India and Saudi Arab elaborated the strengthening relations between both the countries which will benefit not only the region but the world as well.
