Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh has condemned the bomb blast in Delhi High Court. Talking to reporters in Dhaka, he described the incident as a cowardly act. Dr. Singh said that terrorism is a scourge and India will not succumb to it. The Prime Minister said that the country is fighting a long war against terrorism and all the political parties and people should stand united in this fight.
