Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh has condemned the bomb blast in Delhi High Court. Talking to reporters in Dhaka, he described the incident as a cowardly act. Dr. Singh said that terrorism is a scourge and India will not succumb to it. The Prime Minister said that the country is fighting a long war against terrorism and all the political parties and people should stand united in this fight. Dr. Singh said that he is in touch with the Home Minister on the development in the incident.
