Israel President Reuven Rivlin today said that terror in any form is terror adding that terrorism can never win. He was speaking to reporters during a Memorial Meeting for the victims of 26/11 Mumbai terror attacks. Stating that 26/11 was one of the most terrifying attacks, Mr. Rivlin said the values of democracy are too strong to be defeated by terrorists. <br/><br/>Maharashtra Governor Ch. Vidyasagar Rao was also present at the Memorial Service held at Taj Mahal Hotel. Mr. Rao thanked Israel for it support against terrorism and talked about contribution made by Jewish community for India's development. Meanwhile, Mumbai University has signed a MoU with four Universities of Israel, wherein students and faculties of both Universities can attend seminars, conferences and get opportunity for research.
