Issues such as terrorism and anti-piracy are expected to be high on the agenda when the visiting Japanese Defence Forces Chief of Staff General Yoshifumi Hibako meets the Indian services Chiefs and also the Defence Minister, Mr. A. K. Antony. General Hibako arrived in New Delhi last night on a three day visit. Defence sources said, the two sides would also discuss the ways to enhance military to military contacts between the two nations. AIR correspondent reports in 2006, India and Japan agreed for a roadmap for developing defence cooperation and a Defence Policy Dialogue was established to enhance military cooperation in mutually identified fields.
