Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh has said terrorist outfits are trying to weaken Indian economy by staging attacks on national assets. <br/><br/>He participated in the graduation ceremony of the Central Industrial Security Force Assistant Commandants and Inspectors at its training centre in Arakkonam near Vellore in Tamil Nadu. <br/><br/>Mr Singh said the CISF should always be a vigil to counter any attacks. He noted that India is emerging as the fastest growing economy in the world. He expressed confidence that the size of the national economy would touch five trillion US dollars by 2030, to become one among the world's top three economies. Now India is in the list of top five with two-trillion US dollars, he pointed out.<br/><br/>Home Minister Rajnath Singh said India's impressive growth records are not without challenges, saying anti-national forces are trying to weaken it by attacking strategic installations. <br/><br/>He reminded that inimical forces are looking for opportunities to strike. He asked the central force to carry out security audit periodically. <br/><br/>Mr Singh warned that a new pattern of terror is emerging in the form of cyber-attacks. He said all central paramilitary forces and state forces have been asked to form cyber wings to counter information technology-related threats. <br/><br/>He pointed out that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has brought on board various nations to put a check on terror. <br/><br/>Minister Rajnath Singh said the CISF could be deployed in left-wing terrorism infested areas also, if needed. He also promised to address all infrastructural issues of the CISF.
