In Jammu and Kashmir, tension prevails in parts of Srinagar for the second consecutive day on Wednesday as shops remain closed and groups of youth clashed with police and CRPF.<br/><br/>Life in most other towns of the valley has limped back to normalcy after a day long bandh on Wednsday against killing of 13 year boy in police action on Sunday evening.<br/><br/>The state chief minister Omer Abdul has blamed separatist politicians for exploiting Kashmiri youth for their political interests.<br/><br/>Addressing a public meeting in Baramula district Mr Abdullah cautioned people from the nefarious designs of the vested interest groups who do not want normalcy in the state.
