In West Bengal, tension still prevails in Darjeeling hills after the ghastly murder of the President of All India Gorkha Leauge Madan Tamang in Darjeeling on Friday. Adequate police force have been deployed in Darjeeling town and in sensitive areas.<br/><br/>Inspector General of police North Bengal Range K.L. Tamata told reporters in Darjeeling last evening that 45 people have been apprehended in connection with the murder of Gorkha League leader. <br/><br/>On the other hand, the General Secretary of the All India Gorkha League Luxaman Pradhan has lodged an FIR with Darjeeling police against six Morcha leaders for their alleged involvement in the murder.<br/><br/>
