Tendulkar awaits his 6th Test double ton; India consolidate its position in first innings against Australia in Bangalore Test

India will resume their first innings with the overnight score of 435 for five in reply to Australia's 478 on the fourth day of second and final Test at Bangalore today. Sachin Tendulkar on 191 and Skipper M S Dhoni on 11 are at the crease.Earlier Master blaster Sachin notched up his 49th Test century as India consolidated their position in the first innings against Australia with a solid batting show. Tendulkar found able support from opener Murali Vijay (139) who also scored maiden ton in Test cricket.
