In Romania, ten people have died and three are missing after heavy rains and flooding. 6 of them died in Botosani county and 4 in the neighbouring county of Suceava. Bridges and roads have been damaged and hundreds of houses affected in the floods. Romania's rail link to neighboring Ukraine has also been shut down due to the floods.
