The death toll in the Chennai building collapse has risen to ten. 23 persons also injured when an under construction building collapsed near suburban Porur yesterday. Rescue work is continuing to extricate those trapped under the debris. The police have detained two directors of the construction company. A control room has been set up. The number is 1070.
