In Gujarat, the temperature remains above 40 degree Celsius in most of the cities. <br/><br/>Ahmedabad and Rajkot in the State remained hottest cities with maximum temperature nearly 42 degrees. <br/><br/>Day temperatures in Bhuj, Naliya, Amreli and Idar also remained above 40 degree Celsius. <br/><br/>AIR Ahmedabad Correspondent reports that normal life in the sate badly affected in the urban areas as people reeling under the severe heat wave. <br/><br/>According to weather forecast, the current heat wave conditions will continue for one more week.<br/>
