For the second day in a row, theTelangana statehood issue rocked the Andhra Pradesh Assembly leading to two adjournments this morning. The house was first adjourned for 15 minutes and later for another half an hour.When the House began at 9 AM, TDP and TRS legislators from the region stormed the Speaker's podium holding placards and raising slogans demanding that the House pass a resolutionseeking creation of Telangana state.Similar scenes prevailed when the house met after the first adjournment.
