Telecom Minister Kapil Sibal has said that the government is committed to develop telecom infrastructure in naxal affected areas. He said in New Delhi that the Department of Telecommunications (DoT) has already cleared a proposal to set up more than two thousand mobile towers in such zones. He said the proposal will be sent to the Cabinet soon.
