Telangana reported 2,159 fresh COVID-19 cases during past 24 hours taking the number of cases reported so far in the state to one lakh 65 thousand three.<br />'' <br />''The state conducted over 53 thousand tests on Wednesday. The recovery rate also slightly improved to 80.94 per cent with 2,108 more people recovering on Wednesday. This took the number of recovered people so far in the state to one lakh 33 thousand 555.<br />'' <br />''Meanwhile, the daily bulletin issued by the State Medical and Health Department this morning, stated that 318 new COVID-19 cases were reported in Hyderabad during the past 24 hours while Rangareddy, Medchal Malkajgiri, Karimnagar, Siddipet and Nalgonda districts also reported over hundred new COVID cases each during the same period.<br />'' <br />''<span style="color: #222222;">The death toll due to COVID and other comorbidities in the state crossed thousand mark.
