The proceedings of Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly were stalled for the 10th consecutive day today over the Telangana issue. The TDP members belonged to Rayalaseema and Coastal regions obstructed the proceedings of the assembly demanding that the government should take immediate decision on the Srikrishna Committee report to keep the state united. The CPI members too stalled business for introduction of bill in parliament for separate Telangana state. Amidst pandemonium, Deputy Speaker N Manohar adjourned the Assembly twice. Except for presentation of three non-government resolutions by CPM member to the house no listed business could be taken up.
