The proceedings of Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly have been stalled for the 9th consecutive day today over the Telangana statehood issue. The TDP members from SeemandhraPradesh obstructed the Assembly proceedings demanding that the government should take immediate decision on the Srikrishna Committee report to keep the state united while the CPI members stalled business for introduction of bill in parliament for separate Telangana. Amidst pandemonium, Deputy Speaker N Manohar has adjourned the Assembly for tomorrow with out taking up any listed business. Except presentation of Annual Budget and passing a motion of thanks for Governor’s address with out discussion, the Assembly did not take up any business ever since the budget session began on 17th of February.
