Telangana has increased its testing capacity through Real-time Polymerase Chain Reaction, (RT-PCR) to 20 thousand COVID tests a day.<br />''<br />'' State Health Minister Eatala Rajender has launched a Cobas 8800 system at Nizam's Institute of Medical Sciences in Hyderabad for COVID-19 tests which can conduct 4000 RT-PCR tests daily. <br />''<br />''<span style="color: #222222;">Cobas 8800 System can test HIV, TB and Corona at a time. Speaking on the occasion, the Minister said the government is hoping to see a decrease in the COVID-19 cases soon as there is a consistent rise in the recovery rate. Telangana has recorded a total of 1 lakh 79 thousand 246 COVID -19 cases so far with 82.64 per cent recovery.</span><br />
