<span style="color: #000000;">Telangana state High Court Judge Justice P Keshava Rao passed away this morning. He was 61. Justice Keshava Rao took charge as high court judge in September 2017. Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao mourned the death of High Court Judge Justice P Kesava Rao and recalled the legal services rendered by him to the poor as a Judge. Ministers, State planning commission vice-chairman Vinod and others extended condolences.</span><br />
