<span style="color: #222222;">In Telangana, four women died post family planning surgeries and nine more hospitalised with severe post-surgery problems. All four victims are aged between 22- 26 years. The Ibrahimpatnam public health faculty held Double Puncture Laparoscopy surgeries on 34 women on the 25th of this month. Four out of them died after reporting Gastro problems. &nbsp;<br />''<br />''The state Government has ordered a detailed enquiry into the incident and asked the Director of Health to give the report in seven days. The Government has announced an exgratia of 5 lakh rupees to the family of each victim. It also announced an allocation of a two-bedroom apartment and the education needs of the victim's children will be taken care of by the government. Director Health Dr. Srinivas Rao informed the media that nine more are in different hospitals under medical supervision and 10 more are under observation. He said, the postmortem reports are awaited and &nbsp;enquiry committee will give its findings in a week.</span><br />
