<span style="color: #222222;">As part of precautionary measures to contain the spread of Corona Virus, the Telangana government has declared holidays to all types of educational institutes, coaching centers and summer camps for 15 days till the end of this month. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Chief Minister Chandrasekhar Rao briefed media to this effect after a three-hour-long cabinet meeting held at his camp office in Hyderabad last evening. He further informed that there is no need to get panic, however, he said as part of precautionary measures, the government has taken certain steps.  Accordingly, all sports events were cancelled for the next one week, and all cinema theaters, clubs, stadia, gymnasium, amusement parks, parks, zoos and all clubs will remain closed. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Functions halls will be allowed till 31st to hold pre-booked events with only 200 family members and fresh bookings will not be allowed later. However, the scheduled board exams will be held, as usual, hostels of all residential schools and colleges will function normally, public transport Metro rail and buses will ply normal and shops and malls will remain open. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The Chief Minister urged people not to go to crowded places and follow health officials' precautionary measures and asked media and social media not to spread misinformation.<br />'' <br />'' The Chief Minister further said the state is fully prepared to face any situation and kept ready over 1000 beds in isolation wards at various hospitals in the state and 320 beds in intensive care units and 240 ventilators. The State Government also kept ready with the State Chief Secretary a fund of 500 crore rupees for containing Corona Virus spread.<br />'' <br />''Meanwhile, one more case of the 24-year old woman who returned from Italy tested positive for Coronavirus. She is being treated at the quarantine ward of the Gandhi Hospital in Hyderabad.</span>
