Telangana govt asks all hospitals to be cautious in wake of increasing Covid cases in country

<span style="color: #222222;">The Telangana government has asked all government hospitals in the State to be cautious in the wake of increasing Covid positive cases in the country. At a review meeting held in Hyderabad, Health Minister Harish Rao asked officials of Medical and Health department to remain alert following a letter from the Union Health Secretary cautioning the state about increasing COVID cases. He urged people to follow COVID appropriate behaviour and wear mask besides getting tested in case of any symptoms. He observed that the positivity rate in Telangana is not high compared to other states, there should be no laxity among the Medical and Health department staff. The number of COVID cases in the state has gone up from 280 to 375 during the last week.
