<span style="color: #222222;">Telangana State Government today announced temporary closure of all Educational Institutions from tomorrow onwards in view of the increasing COVID-19 cases in the state and also in neighbouring states like Maharashtra.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"><br />''The decision will be applicable to all types of schools, colleges, hostels and residential schools except Medical Colleges.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"><br />''State Education Minister Sabita Indra Reddy announced this in the Legislative Assembly.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"><br />''The Minister further said the on-line teaching will continue. </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"><br />''She said parents of the students have been expressing concern over the safety of their children following many groups of students in different parts of the state tested positive for COVID during the past few days. </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"><br />''It may be recalled that the state reopened direct teaching for 9th class and above from 1st February onwards.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"><br />''Direct teaching began for 6th to 8th classes from the last week of February. </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"><br />''Telangana state reported 412 fresh COVID -19 cases and the state reported over 3 lakh 3 thousand COVID cases so far.<br />'' <br />'' </span>
