<span style="color: #222222;">Telangana Finance Minister T Harish Rao today introduced the state Budget for the Financial year 2023-24 in the assembly with an expenditure outlay of 2 lakh 90 thousand 396 crore rupees. <br />''<br />''This includes 37 thousand 525 crore rupees in capital expenditure and 2 lakh 11 thousand 685 crore rupees of Revenue expenditure. He said that the state economy has recovered very fast from the Covid impact and the state share in the country's GDP has been recorded at 4.9 per cent. <br />''<br />''The Agriculture, Irrigation and Welfare departments have received major allocations among others. Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao's brainchild Dalit Bandhu scheme has been allotted 17 thousand 700 crore rupees. The scheme provides financial assistance at the rate of 10 lakh rupees per beneficiary to take up any business of their choice.<br />''<br />''The Finance minister further informed that the per capita income of Telangana is estimated to increase from 1 lakh 12 thousand 162 in 2013-14 to 3 lakh 17 thousand 115 in the current fiscal.</span><br />
