<br/>In Andhra Pradesh, the all-party Telangana Joint Action Committee has convened a meeting Thursday evening as the dead line set for the centre to announce a time frame on Telangana statehood issue comes to a close today.<br/><br/>The JAC had already asked all Telanganan leaders to press for acceptance of their resignations if the centre does not come out with time frame as demanded by the JAC. However, there was a divided opinion on the deadline set by JAC on the resignations of elected representatives.<br/><br/>AIR correspondent, hectic political parleys are underway in Hyderabad and Delhi following the JAC deadline coming to close Thursday evening.<br/><br/>The members of the JAC, especially the congress leaders are in a piquant situation as other parties are mounting pressure on them to press for their resignations if the centre does not come out with a time frame as demanded by the JAC.<br/><br/>Meanwhile, the Telanagan Rastra Samithi and BJP have already expressed their preparedness to tender resignations in line with the JAC direction.<br/><br/>The TDP while agreeing to follow the TRS and BJP in this regard however asked the JAC to force the Congress leaders also to resign.<br/><br/>Meanwhile, the two Congress former ministers from Telangana region Jana Reddy and Damodar Reddy are lobbying with the party senior leaders in Delhi to get another statement on the Statehood issue.<br/>
