In Telangana, surge in the number of COVID-19 cases being recorded every day continued with reporting 2,892 new cases yesterday. As per the daily bulletin issued by the State Medical and Health Department, 2,892 persons tested positive for Corona virus after around 60 thousand tests conducted during the past 24 hours. The number of total COVID-19 cases reported so far in the state increased to one lakh 30 thousand 589. <br />''<br />''During the same period, 2,240 more COVID-19 patients recovered and discharged from various Hospitals in the state. With this, the recovery rate in the state improved a bit to 74.5 per cent and total 97 thousand 402 people recovered from COVID so far.
