Telangana State continues to witness a spike in COVID-19 cases with 1,018 fresh Corona virus Positive cases being reported yesterday on a single day. This takes the overall COVID-19 cases reported in the state to 17 thousand 357. Recoveries also are on rise with 788 patients being discharged yesterday, taking up the number of people recovered from the virus to eight thousand 82. Presently, little over nine thousand people are under treatment at various hospitals in the state.<br />'' <br />'' Out of the fresh cases reported yesterday, 881 cases reported from the Hyderabad Municipality area while Medchal Malkajgiri district reported 36 and Rangareddy district accounted for 33 news cases. Mahabubanagar district also reported 10 fresh cases. Seventeen more districts reported cases in single digit. Meanwhile, seven more died, taking the total deaths relating to COVID-19 and other co-morbidities in the state to 267.<br />'' <br />'' Meanwhile, the High Court directed the State Government to comply with a slew of its orders before 20th of this month relating to tackling of COVID-19 in the state.  <br />
