<span style="color: #222222;">Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao has kickstarted the 9th phase of Harithaharam, green garland to Telangana programme as part of the decennial celebrations of the state formation.<br />''<br />'' He formally launched the programme by planting a sapling today at Thummalooru Urband Forest in Ranga Reddy district near Hyderabad. He set a target of planting over 19 crore seedlings during the Harithaharam. Speaking on the occasion, he said green cover has increased by 7.8 percent by planting 276 crore plants ever since the state was formed in 2014. He also announced a grant of crore rupees to Thummaloor village for Decennial celebrations. </span>
